The Müller & Co. Aufbereitungstechnik AG deals with the processing of raw mineral materials. Our speciality lies in the separation or “washing” of materials with a high clay and loam content, as well as inert materials and various agglomerates. Not only do we offer the MAG-TURBOWASHER® as a processing solution, but we also have further systems, which have been specially developed for viscous materials.

How do I get from the raw material to the product?

Thoroughly exposing the raw material is the basis of mineral processing. This is the only way to separate recyclables and any waste materials in order to produce high-quality products.

How can I ensure my system runs optimally?

How do I avoid overloading my system?

Every system has its limits and cannot process every type of material. Stones or foreign bodies which are too large must first be screened in order to protect the system.

How do I prepare my material for washing?

Oversized grain size causes unnecessary wear and strain on the machines. If this is sieved and broken down at an early stage, the washing process is improved.
